WHAT REALLY HAPPENS AT DEATH?
WHERE REALLY ARE THE DEAD NOW?

When we lost loved ones, we mourn and may ask; Are they suffering? What is happening to them? Can we help them?
Will we ever see the again? The world's religion offers different answers to these questions. Some teach that if you live a good life, you will go to heaven but if you live a bad life, you will burn in hell. Another says at death, people pass on to the spirit realm to be with their ancestors. Why some will tell you, dead people go to the underworld to be judged and reincarnated or reborn into another body.
Such religious teachings all share one basic idea that some part of us survives the death of the physical body.

When a person dies, he ceases to exist. Death is the opposite of life. The dead do not see or hear or think. Not even one part of us survives the death of our body. Our memories, feelings, senses,  thoughts and the ability to see or hear all cease to function at death.
Yes, the living know they are going to die, but the dead know nothing. They have no further reward; they are completely forgotten. Their loves, their hates, their passions, all died with them. They will never again take part in anything that happens in this world (Ecclesiastes 9:5-6).
The life we are enjoying is like the flame of a candle. When the flame is put out, it does not go anywhere, it is simply gone.
Satan uses religions to teach that after death people become spirit who must be respected, honored and feared by the living. According to this teachings, the spirit of the dead can become powerful friend or terrible enemies, and many believed these lies.
There is no reason to be afraid of the dead, because they can't harm us. They do not need our help, and cannot help us. We cannot speak with them nor them to us. They simply stopped existing.
Satan and his demons are the ones that takes the form of the dead, appearing here and there, to bring false hope, distraction and confusion.
The Prince of evil has power to bring before people the appearance of departed loved ones.
The Bible says that "familiar spirits," as these visitors from other world were called, are "the spirits of demons" (Numbers 25:1) (Psalm 106:28) (1 Corinthians 10:20) (Revelation 16:14). God prohibited dealing with them under penalty of death (Leviticus 19:31 and 20:27).
