It’s easier to motivate others than motivating yourself. Motivating other only requires a fine presentation; and to do so, all you need is to perfectly practice your speech on how you will present them to your addresses.
But motivating oneself on the other hand needs far more work, you will need self conviction, confidence, passion, sincerity, assurance, believe, faith, devotion, commitment, dedication, understand.
Motivating yourself means trying to build confidence and destroy fear, Trying to make your attitudes your allies; trying to get the action habit on how to turn defeat into victory, and cure yourself from excuses and develop the “I’m willing Attitude.
Put your intelligence to creative positive use, utilize it to find ways to win in whatever you do and not to prove you may lose or fail. Set your goals higher than exceed them all. You need not have a great intellect or great talent to be a giant among men, but you do need the habit of thinking and acting on them.
The thoughts that guilds your intelligence is much more important than the quantity of your brain power. Remember that the ability to think is of much greater value than the ability to memorize facts.
